Design Capabilities

We can design your ideas from start to finish. We will look at the initial
concept and determine its feasability. We then decide what kind of
resources and development team are required. All variables, costs, and
scope of design are resolved. If there are any incapabilities by EEIAM
they are also brought forth.

Our engineering strength lies with embedded
systems and microcontrollers. If your
concept-design requires a microcontroller,
electronics, or software control - we are
definitely the design group for you.
Notwithstanding we also have mechanical
design abilities. Listed below are some of the
electronic areas we have experience and
expertise in.

Microcontrollers (mainly Microchip based)

Radio/RF (Bluetooth, WiMi, Zigbee and others)

Infrared (Remote and IrDA)

Hand and computer sketching including complete
artist rendering to help you decide and finalize the
look you want. Product branding is also an area we
specialize in.

We can prototype the electronics, mechanics, and enclosures.
For the electronics we can breadboard and create
pre-production prototype circuit boards. For enclosures and
mechanical parts we have an FDM 3-dimensional printer that
makes ABS plastic parts. For finer detail we use an outside
service to obtain an SLA (a resin part). For mechanical and
sheet metal parts we also go to outside services. (It would be
very costly both to EEIAM and our clients to have all these
services under our roof).

We have limited production
capabilities in house. We do smaller
quantity production assembly by
hand. (Including very small
electronic components). For
medium productions we work with
production and assembly houses
mostly in our area. For larger
quantity productions we can either
handle or put you in touch with
out-of-country (China based)
facilities.

For Soldering (including lead free ROHS) certification we can
get you in touch with these experts. They are available for
training and certification of your personnel.

Sensors (Magnetic, Optic, Pressure, Airflow, Temperature, Gas, and many
others)

Medical (Complete systems, Phaco, Cautery, Controls, etc)

Rework and repair for electronic devices and mainly printed circuit boards. We
specialize in small parts replacement and circuit board repair including Ball Grid
Array (BGA) replacement).
